Technical Guide
 

The Japan Karate Association of India follows the JKA syllabus for kyu and Dan gradings: Though examiners may vary the order, by and large the syllabus is standardized throughout the world. A technical licence issued by the JKA is a prerequisite in order to take the kyu examinations in India, The Examiners Panel for the country is headed by the Technical Director of the JKA India Branch. Certificates issued by the the JKA HQ are awarded for the 3rd, 2nd & 1st kyu grades. Dan examinations are conducted by the Special Dan Examination Rights holder as per rights issued.
